What do we mean by Copier leasing?

Taking out a copier lease allows you to acquire your copiers and printers and pay for them over an agreed minimum term. You can choose either a fixed monthly or quarterly payment to suit your budgetary requirements. The standard minimum term for a copier lease is 60 months although we can provide flexibility on the term from 3 to 5 years on all our copier leasing options to suit any project requirements.

This creates a true partnership and can be operated as an extension of your internal IT resource, working together to keep your documents moving.

Which copiers and printers can I lease?

Franking Sense^® is a Gold Partner of the two largest copier manufacturers in the world. We supply a full range of the latest Xerox copiers and Ricoh copiers from A4 desktop convenience printers to mid-sized fleets of up to 10 copiers right through to production devices printing gold, silvers and transparent effects for a full-service Marketing department. Any Xerox or Ricoh copier can be leased on a flexible lease agreement to suit your budget requirements.

Do I own the copiers once the lease is up?

Having a lease agreement means that you don’t own your copiers at the end of the lease. Our Commercial Team will be in touch with you throughout your lease term to discuss your requirements. At the end of the primary term of the copier lease you can Renew, Retain or Return the equipment. But also remember that, towards the end of your lease, we will discuss with you whether you want to upgrade to the latest copier and printer technology. You can do this within the last two years of the minimum period. You have a lot of options.

Does the copier lease include toner?

In most cases copier toners are covered by your separate Service agreement. A copier Service Agreement is set up alongside your copier lease or as part of our Managed Print Service to take care of your service, maintenance, and consumables.
